When a person enters the stage of accepting the truth, even though at this stage the person may have strong emotions because of this painful truth, the person will be ready to move on to the next stage eventually.

Stage of Acceptance

The stage when people will realize and accept the truth that has occurred. Accepting this truth does not happen suddenly, but will occur continuously from the realization and acceptance of this truth that has occurred. It will be the deepest regret because the things we love, the things we are attached to, are things that we like, are happy with, and want to have with us forever. When we have to face the truth that we do not have the opportunity to have the things that we like, want to have forever, the deepest sadness and regret will follow. Sometimes, we may feel discouraged, hopeless, depressed, not wanting to do anything, exhausted, discouraged, and lose interest in things in life.

Stage of return to normalcy

Of course, it is not easy to reach this stage. A person must fight with all the feelings that we have heard above, whether it is escaping from feelings or the truth that must be faced, painful emotions, sadness, longing, wanting to have the beloved with us. But all the difficult feelings are like each stone that helps us know and accept the truth that occurs in life and step over to the last stone before crossing over to the shore, which is returning to normal.
